Before each production run, we provide color strike-offs for your approval, and maintain detailed color profiles in our system to ensure perfect replication for reorders.

We maintain comprehensive documentation for every material we source, including compliance certificates, test reports, and chain-of-custody records. Upon request, we can provide full material disclosure reports for your sustainability audits, retailer compliance requirements, or corporate responsibility reporting. We're also actively expanding our portfolio of recycled and biodegradable material options.

For time-sensitive launches or urgent restock situations, we can expedite production with our rush service, typically delivering within 10-12 business days. We work with established logistics partners worldwide and can ship under FOB, CIF, DDP, or other Incoterms based on your preference. All shipments include tracking and insurance, and we handle all export documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Each inspection phase includes specific checkpoints: dimensional accuracy verification using precision calipers, print quality assessment for color accuracy and registration, structural integrity testing for closure mechanisms and durability, and surface finish evaluation. Random sampling is conducted according to AQL 2.5 standards, and every shipment includes a detailed QC report with photographic documentation. If you have specific quality requirements or testing protocols, we're happy to incorporate them into our inspection process.

Our collaborative process begins with detailed structural die-line creation and digital 3D mockups for your review. We encourage thorough feedback at each stage to minimize the need for multiple revisions. If additional modifications are needed beyond the three included rounds, we can accommodate them with nominal fees that vary based on the scope of changes.
